Ingredients:
1 large frozen banana
1/2 medium ripe avocado
1 large handful of greens
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk

Optional:
Protein powder
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust as needed.
  4. Serve when fresh or keep up refrigerated up to 24 hours.
