Rambutans are an excellent source of  Vitamin C and a good source of fiber and manganese

  1. Using a sharp knife, cut a slit in the skin and peel off.
  2. Remove grape-like flesh. Caution: Contains pit.
  3. Enjoy fresh!

Store rambutan in a plastic bag inside refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
