INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 pound cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel, pit, and cube the avocados. Then, set aside.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Chop the onions and set aside.
  4. Mix tomatoes, avocados, onions, and shrimp in a large bowl.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and lime juice.
