Boniato Ceviche Salad
In a mood to try something new? Challenge your palate with this veggie ceviche.
1 pc boniato
1/4 pc papaya
1/2 pc chayote
1/2 pc yellow onion
1 pc lime
1 leaf culantro
1/4 tsp salt
1) Peel boniato and cut in 1/4 inch small cubes.
2) Place in air fryer at 400F and cook for 10 minutes or bake in oven at 350F for 5 minutes.
3) Peel and cut papaya, chayote and onion in Brunoise (very small cubes).
4) Chop culantro and mix with boniato, papaya, chayote, onion and lemon juice.
5) Season with salt and enjoy!
