Chayote Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 pcs chayote

5 baby spinach

¼” turmeric

1/2 cup mozzarella shredded

1 tsp garlic salt

8 oz.  heavy cream

8 oz.  corn chips

DIRECTIONS

1) Chop the spinach roughly.

2) Peel the chayote’s and turmeric. Cut into large chunks, add to a food processor, and mix for 5 to 10 seconds. Remove from the mixer and drain with a colander.

3) In a small pot, add the cream. Make it hot and before boiling, add the chayote and spinach.

4) Remove from the fire. Season with garlic salt.

5) Add the mozzarella and whisk.

6) Serve with the corn chips and enjoy!
