Dragon Fruit & Aloe Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 white dragon fruit
  • 1 0z. Aloe Vera
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or agave (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel the dragon fruit and the Aloe vera. Discard the skins, cut both of them roughly and reserve.
  2. Cut the passion fruit in half, scoop out the pulp including the seed and add to a blender with the orange juice. Blend at min-to-mid speed for 10 to 15 seconds.
  3. Pass through a strainer into a bowl with the help of a spoon. Discard the seeds and put the juice back in the blender.
  4. Add the Aloe, dragon fruit, honey and ice in the blender to mix at high speed.
