Dragon Fruit Granola Bowl

Pros: Less calories, more antioxidants, non-fat, naturally sweeter!
Cons: Nada. Just a few of the many reasons you should ditch açaí for dragon fruit.

INGREDIENTS

1 white dragon fruit

1 red dragon fruit

1 banana

⅓ cup almond milk

½ cup granola

¼ cup blueberries

1 Tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

1) Cut the dragon fruit into cubes and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

2) In a blender, mix the dragon fruit with half of the banana, milk, and ½ Tbsp of honey at medium to high speed.

3) Serve the mix in a bowl and top with the granola, berries, the rest of the previously sliced banana and remaining honey and enjoy!

Blending both fruits together and using only one type of dairy to create a more complex yet exciting flavor profile.
