2 pcs avocado
1/2 pc dragon fruit
1/2” pc ginger
1/2 pc lemon
1 tsp salt
1 leaf culantro
2 Tbsp. water
12 oz. nachos
DIRECTIONS
1) Peel the dragon fruit and the avocado and mix with a hand blender tall mixing cup.
2) Peel the ginger and cut in small pieces.
3) Add culantro, juice of 1/2 lemon, water and mix with a hand blender until soft. If too thick, you can add more water slowly.
4) Serve the nachos in a bowl and drizzle with the avocado sauce and enjoy!
