INGREDIENTS

1/6 Pc Papaya

1/4 Pc Turmeric

1/4 Inch Pc Ginger

1 Cup Milk of your choice

1/2 Cup Ready Oats

DIRECTIONS

1) Peel the papaya. Scoop out the seed and cut in small cubes.

2) Peel the turmeric and ginger and cut in very small cubes.

3) Put the oats, papaya, turmeric, and milk in a bowl and mix it.

4) Microwave for 60 seconds. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds.
