4 pcs passion fruit
½ cup Jasmine rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 pc dragon fruit
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1) Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
2) Bring 1 cup of water with rice to a boil. Cover partially (enough for steam to be released) and reduce fire to a minimum. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
3) Cut passion fruit in halves and put in a separate pot with brown sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
4) Cook at low temperature for 5-7 minutes.
5) Peel and cut the dragon fruit in small cubes.
6) When the rice is ready, add 3/4 of the passion fruit sauce and the dragon fruit.
7) Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
8) Garnish with the remaining passion fruit sauce and enjoy!
