INGREDIENTS

1/2 Pc Yuca

6 Oz Calabaza

1 Pc Malanga

1 Pc Boniato

2 Pcs Chayote

3 Cloves Garlic

2 Tsp Tomato Paste

1 Pc Yellow Onion

1 Pc Habanero Pepper

1 Tbsp Salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Cup Water

DIRECTIONS

1) Pre-heat the olive oil in a cast iron pan.

2) Peel and chop the garlic and onion very small and add to the pan.

3) Peel the yuca, boniato, calabaza, chayote and cut in small 1/4 inch cubes and add to the pan. Chop the pepper very small and add to the pan.

4) Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 7-10 minutes.

5) Add the water, tomato paste, mix, reduce the fire and cook for 10 minutes.
