1 pc mango
1/4 pc papaya
1 pc dragon fruit
1 pc turmeric
1/4 lemon
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 cup milk of your choice
DIRECTIONS
1) Peel the mango and slice out the fruit.
2) Peel the dragon fruit and cut in cubes.
3) Peel the turmeric and slice roughly.
4) Squeeze the lemon juice.
5) In a blender, mix all the tropicals for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
