Dragon Fruit Bruschetta

1 pc Dragon Fruit
1 inch pc Ginger
2 Roma Tomatoes
3 Basil Leaves
24 Bruschetta (toasted bread slices)
DIRECTIONS
1) Cut the top and bottom of the dragon fruit, make a vertical cut in the skin on the side and remove it. Cut the fruit into small cubes.
2) Cut the tomatoes in cubes the same size as the dragon fruit.
3) With a small spoon, peel the ginger and then chop very small.
4) Chop the basil.
5) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
6) Serve a spoonful in a Bruschetta and enjoy!
