- 9 oz Mamey sapote (frozen)
- 12 oz Bananas (frozen)
- 4 oz Water
- Choice of toppings
DIRECTIONS
- Cut mamey in half
- Remove seed and scoop out
- Place in freezer for about an hour or until frozen
- Dice bananas and place in freezer
- In a blender add frozen bananas, mamey, and water
- Blend until smooth consistency
- Place in a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings
