INGREDIENTS

  • 9 oz Mamey sapote (frozen)
  • 12 oz Bananas (frozen)
  • 4 oz Water
  • Choice of toppings

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut mamey in half
  2. Remove seed and scoop out
  3. Place in freezer for about an hour or until frozen
  4. Dice bananas and place in freezer
  5. In a blender add frozen bananas, mamey, and water
  6. Blend until smooth consistency
  7. Place in a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings
