- 3 cups mamey
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup whipping cream
DIRECTIONS
- Cut mamey into bite-sized cubes. Freeze overnight for blending.
- Combine mamey, milks, and vanilla, into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix in your cream
- Remove mixture from blender and freeze for 8 hrs.
- Serve and enjoy!
