INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups mamey
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup whipping cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut mamey into bite-sized cubes. Freeze overnight for blending.
  2. Combine mamey, milks, and vanilla, into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in your cream
  4. Remove mixture from blender and freeze for 8 hrs.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
