1 pc mango
½” ginger
2 pcs tomato plum
1 small pc yellow onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1) Chop tomatoes roughly, put in a bowl and mash with a whisk.
2) Chop cilantro. Peel and cut mango, ginger and onion in Brunoise (very small cubes) and mix with tomato, salt, vinegar and black pepper.
