- 1 white dragon fruit
- 1 red dragon fruit
- 1 banana
- 4 oz. raspberries
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the dragon fruits, cut into small cubes and keep in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Peel and cut the banana.
- In a blender, combine the frozen dragon fruit, banana, berries and whey protein at high speed.
Chef’s Note:
*Double the recipe and keep the puree in a freezer bag. Whenever you’re craving it, you can blend it into a shake by adding almond milk. You can also have it as a frozen bowl with granola, sliced bananas, and coconut flakes on top.
