INGREDIENTS

  • 1 white dragon fruit
  • 1 red dragon fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 4 oz. raspberries
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel the dragon fruits, cut into small cubes and keep in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  2. Peel and cut the banana.
  3. In a blender, combine the frozen dragon fruit, banana, berries and whey protein at high speed.

Chef’s Note:

*Double the recipe and keep the puree in a freezer bag. Whenever you’re craving it, you can blend it into a shake by adding almond milk. You can also have it as a frozen bowl with granola, sliced bananas, and coconut flakes on top.
