- 1 cup honey
- 3 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix honey, turmeric, coconut oil, and black pepper in a container that is resealable. You can use a soft-edge knife to mix until blended well.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator.
- Pull out of the refrigerator when needed and enjoy!
